If for any reason you need to return a product, this policy explains how the process works, along with the requirements and applicable timeframes.
1. Products Eligible for Return
We accept returns only in the following cases:
1.1. Factory Defect
If the product shows a structural, functional, or manufacturing defect not related to normal use.
1.2. Incorrect Product
If you received a different model, size, design, or part than the one ordered.
1.3. Damage During Shipping
Must be reported immediately upon receiving the package and the product must show no signs of installation.
1.4. Verified Incompatibility
Applies only if the customer used our compatibility system or received direct confirmation and still received a non-compatible part.
2. Conditions for Accepting a Return
For a return to be valid, the product must meet the following conditions:
• Must not have been installed, mounted, or used
• Must not show any damage caused by the customer
• Must retain original packaging, accessories, and labels
• Must include the invoice or proof of purchase
• Must be within the allowed return period (see Section 3)
Forged wheels and customized products are not eligible for return if they have already been mounted on a vehicle or show scratches or handling marks.
3. Return Timeframes
3.1. Factory Defects
Up to 30 calendar days after delivery.
3.2. Incorrect or Incompatible Product
Up to 10 calendar days after receiving it.
3.3. Damage During Shipping
Must be reported on the same day of delivery.
It is mandatory to keep photos of the packaging and the damage.
4. Non-Eligible Products
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
• Incorrect installation by third parties
• Modifications, drilling, or alterations to the product
• Damage caused by misuse, impact, or accidents
• Mounted wheels or radiators showing traces of coolant
• Normal wear due to prolonged use
• Damage caused by road conditions
• Products purchased on clearance or final sale
ENGINE EDGE IMPORTS S.A. DE C.V. reserves the right to evaluate each case individually.
5. Return Request Process
- Submit your request through the official customer service form.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the product.
- Describe the reason for the return in detail.
- Our team will review the request and respond within the legal timeframe.
- If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
No product may be returned without prior authorization.
6. Return Shipping of Products
Once the return is approved:
• The product must be securely packaged
• Must include all accessories and original packaging
• Must show no signs of use
• The customer is responsible for shipping costs if the return is not due to our error
• If it is an error by ENGINE EDGE IMPORTS S.A. DE C.V., a prepaid shipping label will be provided
If the product is received in conditions different from those established, the return will be rejected.
7. Refunds and Timeframes
Refunds apply only when:
• The product was sent incorrectly
• There is a verified manufacturing defect
• A replacement is not possible due to lack of inventory
Timeframes
Once the product is received and evaluated, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
8. Exchanges and Replacements
If you wish to exchange the product for a different model, size, or design:
• The item must be unused
• The customer will cover any price difference (if applicable)
• The replacement must be in stock
• Shipping and return shipping costs apply depending on the case
Exchanges are recommended to avoid prolonged processing times.
9. Warranties
Radiators and forged wheels include a warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
• Incorrect installation
• Damage from potholes, impacts, or poor road conditions
• Use in competitions, track days, or overloading
• Improper handling before installation
